The Housing Authority of the Town of Glastonbury (GHA) provides property management for 434 affordable apartments in five housing developments in Glastonbury, Connecticut. All GHA properties are in wooded, park-like settings, convenient to the center of town and all shopping.
The GHA wanted a new, more up-to-date website with valuable information and resources for prospective and current residents, on a platform that allowed more robust functionality, including the ability for residents to request a maintenance work order, make a rent payment, and sign up for e-notifications.
Web Solutions built a new website in its Content Management System v4, including a new logo, improved content, a calming color palette, and custom photography.
The new website includes separate landing pages of each of the GHA's properties, including a description, list of amenities, floor plan, photos, map, and information on rent and eligibility, as well as a link to apply for housing.
For current residents, the Resources for Residents section includes a maintenance request form, as well as a list of programs available at each property and a library of important forms and policy documents.
