Wireframes
A series of wireframes outlined the processes a shopper would use to filter and find products, select customizable product options, choose location pick-up and delivery date options, and place large or complex orders with different gift messages and delivery addresses.
eCommerce
Munson’s ecommerce system features a smooth ordering process and improved integration with Munson’s UPS ShipStation, so orders placed on the site don’t have to be re-entered into a separate shipping system for delivery.

Eye-catching visuals for social media posts worked in tandem with email campaigns, showcasing enticing product imagery and engaging users with promotions and messaging.
